(1) Government vehicles and fuel as mentioned in schedule-1 shall be provided to the chief justice and judges for transportation.

(2) Sub-section (1) ) will be provided for regular maintenance, maintenance and grease of government vehicles.

(3) Vehicle fuel and mobile bills provided as per sub-section (1) need not be submitted.

(6) According to sub-section (4), the vehicle used by the chief justice and judges should be purchased and taken by himself when such judge retires, the book value of the said vehicle.

(7) According to sub-section (6) while maintaining the book value of the vehicle, it shall be done in such a way that it is not less than ten percent of the purchase price of such vehicle.

(8) According to sub-section (6), the chief justice and the judge who wants to purchase and take over the vehicle they are using upon retirement must inform the Supreme Court in writing at least six months before the date of retirement. If the period before the retirement of a judge or judges is less than six months, it will not be a hindrance to give such information before the retirement.
